APEX ED PVT LTD is an education and training provider offering educational programmes and related services. Depending on the programme, APEX ED may provide or support programme delivery and work with universities, awarding organisations and other academic partners in connection with qualifications, progression and other educational services. The relevant programme information identifies the role of each organisation where applicable.

Separate policies apply to privacy and cookies, student complaints, academic appeals, accessibility and other matters. Those policies should be read together with these Terms where relevant.

APEX ED grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the website for lawful personal, educational or informational purposes.
You must not:
Certain services may require an account or registration. You must provide information that is accurate, complete and current and update it where necessary. APEX ED may request identity or other verification where reasonably required for enrolment, security, academic integrity, fraud prevention or regulatory purposes.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for taking reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access. You should notify APEX ED promptly if you become aware of suspected unauthorised use or a security breach affecting your account.
APEX ED may suspend or restrict website or account access where reasonably necessary to protect security, investigate suspected misuse, comply with law, or address a material breach of these Terms. Where the user is an enrolled student, any action affecting access to educational services will also be subject to Part 2 and applicable student procedures.
Unless otherwise indicated, website content including text, graphics, branding, images, videos, software, course descriptions and original materials, is owned by or licensed to APEX ED and is protected by applicable intellectual-property law.
You may view and, where the website permits, download or print material for personal and non-commercial use. You must not reproduce, republish, sell, distribute, modify, commercially exploit or create derivative works from protected material without the permission of APEX ED or the relevant rights holder, except where permitted by law.
Names, logos, trademarks and materials belonging to universities, awarding organisations and other third parties remain the property of their respective owners.
Where the website allows you to submit information, files, comments, messages or other content, you must ensure that the material is lawful and that you have the right to provide it.
You must not submit material that is unlawful, defamatory, threatening, discriminatory, sexually explicit, abusive, fraudulent, infringing, malicious, or that unlawfully discloses confidential or personal information. You must also not submit content containing malware or other harmful code.
APEX ED may remove or restrict access to user-submitted material where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, enforce these Terms or maintain the security and integrity of its services.
APEX ED takes reasonable steps to keep website and programme information accurate and up to date. However, website content may occasionally contain errors, omissions or information that has become outdated.
Programme pages may describe content, duration, delivery mode, entry requirements, progression opportunities, awarding arrangements, indicative dates, fees and other features. Before enrolment, applicants should rely on the current programme information and contractual documents provided for their intended intake.
APEX ED may correct errors and update website content from time to time. Changes to information concerning an already-enrolled student will be dealt with under the Student Terms & Conditions and applicable programme or academic rules, rather than solely under this website provision.
The website may contain links to or integrations with websites and services operated by universities, awarding organisations, payment providers, social-media platforms and other third parties. Such links are provided for convenience or to support APEX ED services.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. APEX ED is not responsible for the content, availability, security or independent practices of a third-party service that it does not control. Nothing in this clause limits any responsibility APEX ED may have for a third party acting on APEX ED’s behalf where the law provides otherwise.
APEX ED aims to maintain reasonable availability of its website and online services but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Maintenance, security work, technical faults and events outside APEX ED’s reasonable control may affect availability.
You are responsible for maintaining a suitable device, software and internet connection for access to online services, together with any ordinary connectivity or data charges imposed by your provider. Where a material interruption is attributable to APEX ED and affects an enrolled student’s ability to participate in a programme, APEX ED will consider appropriate steps under Part 2 and applicable academic procedures.
APEX ED processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy[Link]. Information about cookies, analytics and similar technologies is provided through the website’s cookie settings.
The website is provided for general information and access to APEX ED services. Except where information forms part of a binding contract or where the law provides otherwise, general website content should not be treated as a guarantee of a particular academic, professional, immigration, employment, progression or financial outcome.
Nothing on the website constitutes legal, immigration, financial or other regulated professional advice unless expressly stated and provided by an appropriately authorised person.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, APEX ED shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss or damage arising from or in connection with:
This limitation applies whether liability arises in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, and whether or not APEX ED has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
You acknowledge that APEX ED is not responsible for user-generated content or for any offensive, defamatory, or unlawful conduct of third parties, and that any associated risk rests entirely with you.
The website is operated from England. Users accessing the website from outside England do so at their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
APEX ED may suspend, restrict or terminate access to the website where reasonably necessary because of security concerns, unlawful activity, misuse, material breach of these Website Terms or legal/regulatory requirements. Any suspension affecting an enrolled student’s substantive educational access will also be considered under the Student Terms & Conditions and relevant student procedures.
APEX ED may update these Website Terms to reflect changes in law, technology, security, website functionality or business operations. The current version will be published on the website with an updated date. Changes will not retrospectively remove rights that have already accrued under a student contract or mandatory law.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction to resolve any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or the services provided by Apex Ed.
Nothing in this clause shall affect any statutory rights or protections that a Student may have under applicable law.
The student contract is formed when the student accepts the offer, or at another point expressly stated in the applicant’s offer or enrolment documentation.
Where programme-specific contractual information expressly differs from these general Student Terms, the programme-specific provision will apply to that matter. Academic rules of an awarding organisation or university apply where that organisation has responsibility for the relevant academic decision.
APEX ED will provide or make available material information about the programme before or at enrolment. This may include the programme title, level, structure, delivery mode, duration, entry requirements, assessment approach, awarding arrangements, progression information, fees and significant additional requirements where applicable.
Students should review this information carefully before enrolling and raise any material questions before accepting an offer or making a binding commitment. APEX ED will take reasonable steps to notify applicants of material changes to relevant pre-contract information before enrolment.
Admission is subject to the entry requirements applicable to the chosen programme. Applicants must provide accurate, complete and authentic information and documentation. APEX ED may request evidence of identity, qualifications, English-language ability, prior study, professional experience or other eligibility criteria where relevant.
Where an external awarding organisation, university or partner sets additional admissions requirements, progression criteria or verification requirements, those requirements may also apply.
APEX ED may withdraw or amend an offer, decline registration with an external body, or take other proportionate action where material information supplied by an applicant or student is false, misleading, fraudulent or cannot reasonably be verified, subject to applicable procedures and law.
APEX ED provides programmes through online and other flexible modes of delivery as described in the relevant programme information. The APEX ED website currently describes self-paced learning, 24/7 access to online educational resources and flexible scheduling for applicable programmes.
For programmes delivered directly through the APEX ED learning platform, access to course materials, modules and assessments is generally made available for a period of up to five years from enrolment unless the programme-specific information, awarding-body rules or enrolment documentation state otherwise. APEX ED may approve an extension in appropriate circumstances.
Students remain responsible for completing their programme within any applicable registration, qualification, assessment or awarding-body time limits, which may be shorter than a general platform-access period.
Students are expected to engage responsibly with their programme and comply with applicable academic, administrative and conduct requirements. In particular, students must:
Assessment methods and academic requirements vary between programmes. Students must complete the modules, assessments, assignments, examinations or other requirements specified for their programme and meet the applicable academic standard.
For qualifications internally assessed by APEX ED, assessment decisions may be subject to internal quality assurance and external verification or moderation by the relevant awarding organisation where applicable.
Where the applicable programme rules permit reassessment or resubmission, the number and timing of opportunities will be governed by those rules and the student’s registration status. The current APEX ED website provides repeated assessment opportunities within the applicable access period for certain programmes, subject to relevant academic and financial requirements. Programme-specific and awarding-body rules take precedence where they set different limits.
Students must maintain academic honesty and must not seek an unfair academic advantage. Academic misconduct may include plagiarism, unauthorised collusion, cheating, impersonation, fabrication or falsification, contract cheating, unauthorised use of assessment materials, or other conduct prohibited by an applicable academic integrity or awarding-body rule.
Suspected academic misconduct will be dealt with under the applicable APEX ED academic integrity or misconduct procedure and, where relevant, the requirements of the awarding organisation or university partner. Any applicable right of review or appeal will be identified under the relevant procedure.
A student who wishes to challenge a formal academic decision must use the APEX ED Academic Appeals Policy & Procedure [link] where that decision falls within APEX ED’s authority. An academic appeal cannot be used merely to dispute academic judgement.
Where the decision is made by, or falls within the responsibility of, an awarding organisation, university partner or other academic body, APEX ED will identify or signpost the applicable route where appropriate.
Concerns about services provided by APEX ED including administration, support, communication, programme delivery or other non-academic service matters should be raised under the APEX ED Student Complaints Policy & Procedure. [link]
Where a complaint concerns an external awarding organisation, university partner or another body, the appropriate route will depend on the programme and the responsibility for the matter. Where an applicable external process exists, APEX ED will provide information or signposting as appropriate.
Some APEX ED programmes lead to qualifications awarded, validated or certified by an external awarding organisation, university or other academic body. The relevant programme page or enrolment information identifies the awarding arrangements where applicable.
For programmes where APEX ED undertakes internal assessment and verification, final certification remains subject to the processes, quality assurance, verification, moderation, registration and administrative requirements of the relevant awarding organisation.
The current APEX ED website advises that, following completion of required modules and assessments and completion of relevant internal processes, certification by an external awarding body may take approximately one to three months depending on that organisation’s verification and certification schedule. This is an indicative timeframe rather than a guarantee where the timing is controlled by another organisation.
Certain APEX ED qualifications may provide progression or advanced-standing opportunities to further study. The availability of a progression route does not amount to a guarantee of admission to a university or of acceptance of a particular amount of credit.
Admission, advanced standing, credit transfer and progression are subject to the receiving institution’s current entry requirements, academic regulations and decision-making processes, as well as the student’s qualifications, experience and individual application.
Where a programme is described as a pathway, top-up route or dual-stage arrangement, students should review the programme-specific information identifying the role and responsibility of each institution at each stage.
Programme fees and any material additional charges will be stated or otherwise communicated before the student becomes contractually bound. APEX ED’s current programme pricing is generally stated in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) unless expressly indicated otherwise for a particular market or arrangement.
Where an instalment plan is agreed, the student must make payments in accordance with the agreed schedule. Failure to maintain payments may result in proportionate administrative action, including temporary restriction of services where lawful and appropriate, after reasonable notice and subject to applicable consumer law and programme obligations.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers, including Stripe. The payment provider may process transaction and payment information under its own terms and privacy arrangements.
APEX ED may offer scholarships or fee reductions from time to time. Any scholarship or reduction is subject to the eligibility criteria, availability and conditions communicated for that scheme or enrolment.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, scholarships and fee reductions are personal to the eligible student, apply only to the programme or enrolment for which they are granted, and do not automatically apply to external awarding-body charges or additional services. APEX ED may amend or withdraw a scholarship scheme prospectively before a student has accepted an offer incorporating that award. An award already incorporated into a binding student contract will be honoured subject to its stated conditions.
APEX ED may need to make reasonable changes to a programme because of academic developments, student feedback, staffing, timetabling, technology, legal or regulatory requirements, awarding-body or university requirements, quality assurance, security, events outside reasonable control, or other legitimate operational reasons.
APEX ED will not rely on this clause as an unrestricted right to make substantial changes to the educational service promised to a student. Where a proposed change is material, APEX ED will consider the effect on affected students, provide reasonable notice where practicable and take appropriate steps to reduce disadvantage.
Where an external awarding organisation or university arrangement changes, APEX ED will take reasonable steps to explain the effect on affected students and identify any available continuation, transfer or alternative arrangements. APEX ED will not represent that an alternative award is identical merely because it is at a similar regulatory level.
APEX ED may suspend or terminate a student’s access or enrolment where there is a lawful and proportionate reason, including serious or repeated breach of these Terms, academic or disciplinary misconduct, fraudulent documentation, serious misuse of systems, failure to satisfy continuing eligibility requirements, or material non-payment of agreed tuition fees.
Except where immediate action is reasonably necessary for safety, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance or protection of the academic process, APEX ED will normally provide reasonable notice of the concern and an opportunity for the student to respond before taking a final adverse action.
Where a separate academic, disciplinary, complaints or appeal procedure applies, APEX ED will use that procedure as appropriate.
Course materials made available to students are for the student’s personal educational use unless expressly stated otherwise. Students must not sell, publish, distribute, upload publicly, commercially exploit or make unauthorised copies of protected learning materials.
Students retain ownership of intellectual property in their original work unless a different lawful arrangement is expressly agreed or an applicable academic rule provides otherwise. Students remain responsible for ensuring that submitted work does not infringe third-party intellectual-property rights.
Students on online or technology-supported programmes are responsible for maintaining reasonably suitable internet access and devices and for taking reasonable steps to secure their account credentials.
APEX ED will take reasonable steps to maintain access to systems it controls. Where a significant technical failure attributable to APEX ED materially affects assessment or learning, APEX ED will consider an appropriate academic or service remedy, which may include an extension, restoration of access, rescheduling or another proportionate measure depending on the circumstances.
APEX ED processes student personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy [link] and applicable data-protection law. Student information may need to be shared with awarding organisations, university partners, service providers, regulators or other relevant bodies where necessary for enrolment, programme delivery, assessment, certification, progression, compliance or another lawful purpose described in the Privacy Policy.
Students are responsible for keeping their contact information current so that important academic and contractual communications can be delivered.
APEX ED is committed to treating students with dignity and respect and to supporting an inclusive learning environment. The separate APEX ED Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Excellence information and Accessibility Statement remain applicable and are not replaced by these Terms. [link]
Students who require a reasonable adjustment or other support should notify APEX ED as early as reasonably possible so that the request can be considered under the applicable policy and academic rules.
APEX ED will not be responsible for a failure or delay caused by events genuinely outside its reasonable control, such as major telecommunications failures, natural disasters, public-health emergencies, civil disorder, government restrictions or serious disruption affecting an external provider or awarding organisation.
APEX ED will take reasonable steps to reduce disruption and, where the event materially affects programme delivery, will communicate with affected students and consider appropriate alternatives or remedies. This clause does not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Apex Ed, including its directors, employees, instructors, contractors, agents and affiliates, shall not be liable to a Student for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or similar loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the Student’s enrolment in, access to, or participation in any course, programme, class, service, platform or other educational offering provided by Apex Ed.
Apex Ed does not guarantee any particular academic result, examination result, qualification, employment opportunity, admission outcome, professional advancement or other specific outcome as a result of participating in its programmes or using its services. The Student remains responsible for their own attendance, participation, study, assessments, applications and academic or professional decisions.
Apex Ed will take reasonable steps to provide its courses and services as described. However, Apex Ed shall not be responsible for any loss, interruption or delay caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including failures of third-party platforms or service providers, internet or telecommunications interruptions, government actions, natural events, or other events of force majeure.
APEX ED may communicate important information by email, the learning platform, the student portal or another contact method supplied by the student. Students should monitor those channels and notify APEX ED promptly of changes to their contact details.
A notice required under these Terms will be treated in accordance with any specific method stated in the relevant policy, offer or programme document. Complaints and academic appeals must be submitted through the routes specified in the respective APEX ED procedures.
APEX ED may update these Student Terms for future enrolments. For existing students, APEX ED will not make a material retrospective change to the student contract merely by publishing a new version online.
Where a change is reasonably necessary for existing students because of law, regulation, awarding-body requirements, security, quality assurance or another legitimate reason, APEX ED will act fairly, provide reasonable information about the change and consider the impact on affected students. Any contractual rights arising from a material change will be preserved.
If any provision of these Student Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply so far as legally possible. A delay or failure by APEX ED to enforce a right does not automatically waive that right.
General enquiries about these Student Terms may be sent to [email protected].
