Overview

This course will provide the starting point to set up your own business in Child Care Services. It provides insight into understanding, caring for, and supporting young children’s development and is a management component that will direct you in starting a successful business.

  • Entry Criteria

    Learners must posses: 6 “PASSES” from the G.C.E. Ordinary Level Examination including English Language

  • Intakes: January / November

  • Duration: 6 Months

  • Course Level: Certificate

  • Progression Pathway

    Upon completion of the programme, learners can look forward to being entrepreneurs or initiating a rewarding career as a caregiver in a Center-based daycare, nanny service, children's hospital, NGO or community centre. Learners also can pursue higher qualifications in early childhood education and also follow related OTHM programmes.
